We areseeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Care Manager tolead our domiciliary care team. The successful candidate will beresponsible for managing the daily operations of our domiciliarycare services ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirementsand maintaining the highest standards of care for ourclients.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Overseethe planning delivery and evaluation of domiciliary careservices.
  • Ensure compliance with CQCregulations and other relevant legislation.
  • Manage and support a team of care coordinators and careworkers.
  • Develop and implement care planstailored to individual client needs.
  • Conductregular assessments and reviews of client care.
  • Liaise with clients families and healthcare professionalsto ensure coordinated care.
  • Monitor and managebudgets and resources effectively.
  • Drivecontinuous improvement and innovation in servicedelivery.
  • Attend local care business/communitymeetings
  • Document new packages lost packagesand explanations.

Requirements

  • Registered with the Care Quality Commission(CQC).
  • Proven experience in a managerial rolewithin domiciliary care.
  • Strong knowledge ofCQC regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work underpressure.
  • A commitment to providinghighquality personcentred care.
  • Relevantqualifications in health and social care (Level 5 Diploma inLeadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent).

Duties andResponsibilities:

  • Performaccurate and timely registration of clients in our electronicmedical record system.
  • Completing CarePlans
  • Staff appraisals andsupervisions.
  • Review edit or delete clientrecords as needed.
  • Maintain and update clientrecords
  • Perform other duties asassigned.

Education andExperience:

  • Level5/equivalent or higher.
  • Two years ofexperience as a Registered Care Manager preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)required.
  • Ability to work independently withminimal supervision required.
