Cover Supervisor

Hays Education are looking for cover supervisors in and around the Leamington Spa area. Your new role

In this role, you will be required to deliver prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff. You will need to have good behaviour management skills and be able to appropriately deal with issues and queries posed by students. The schools’ policies and procedures will need to be adhered to, upholding teaching, and safeguarding standards.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience of working within a secondary school setting

Confidence in delivering lesson plans to KS3 / KS4 students.

The ability to effectively manage groups of 20–30 students.

Deal with challenging behaviour appropriately

Team player, with goodmunication
