This leading City law firm is looking for an Associate to join their highly rated and respected corporate team.
The post holder will be predominantly exposed to a broad range of corporate transactions including: M&A (public and private), venture capital (both equity and growth debt), private equity and joint ventures.
The team are going through a strategic period of growth with a mandate from the board to continue increasing their headcount. Having recently added lateral partner hires to grow the practice, and with NQs joining in September, they are perfectly positioned to add a more experienced hand to work across all of their key sectors and supervise junior members of the team.
Utilising their international footprint, the firm work as one seamless international team, giving clients and colleagues alike access to a whole world of expertise.
To be considered you must have experience from a rated London or regional corporate practice working on significant corporate transactions.
