Job Profile

The COO will be an integral part to the company’s productivity and effectiveness. Your responsibilities includeuniting teams cross-functionally, actingas a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior management team, andparticipatein strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making. You are also responsble forimproving current processes and optimizing organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.

Tasks and responsibility:

  • Represent CEO/President in meetings, by email, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support CEO/President in meetings by taking notes and assuming responsibility for completion of action items.
  • Act as the liaison between CEO/President and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time.
  • Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the CEO/President.
  • Creates and maintain systems and processes to streamline operations.
  • Establishe standards and procedures for hiring and managing the office staff and personnel for the CEO/President.
  • Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads.
  • Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Seven or more years of experience in a business management/equivalent role.
  • Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field.
  • Experience in data analysis and budget management.
  • Proven success in a project coordination role.
  • Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications.
