What you'll be doing:
- Producing and presenting Monthly and Quarterly reports for the client
- Producing and ensuring annual contract management plans are maintained
- Help aid operational teams with continuous improvement projects
- Monitoring key KPI's to ensure contract is being adhered to
- Produce carbon reports alongside Veolia's carbon team to track improvements
- Negotiating with the client on changes to the service and upselling of other services
What we're looking for:
- Contract Management experience
- Experience in working with local authorities
- Good people management skills
- Previous experience negotiating
- Engaging presentational skills
