Job Details
My esteemed client is looking for a Consumer Care Manager to start asap on a temporary contract for approx 3-4 months.
Responsibilities:
Brand Content Sharing :
Gather and oversee up-to-date brand content and information (volume forecasting, promotions, product launches).
Transmit this information to the zone team.
Share brand-specific details for the country.
Monitor brand reporting/KPIs to measure success and share insights.
Consumer Feedback Management :
Own the consumer feedback loop to local brands and follow up on the implementation of solutions.
Animate divisions and brand meetings:
Define WOW committees with divisions and brands.
Initiate and drive reporting to provide consumer feedback summaries and share progress on FT projects.
Consumer Engagement :
Engage with consumers on specific requests transferred or directly routed to the country.
Investigate country-specific escalations and work with brands to solve root causes.
Back-Office Consumer Tasks :
Follow up on tasks such as coupons and health certificates.
Manage country-specific systems.
