Compliance Manager - Permanent role - Up to £50K - Remote Working / Hybrid

iO Associates are currently looking for a Business Improvement Manager / Compliance Manager to manage the business accreditations like ISO9001, ISO27001 etc and review and refine the clients business processes.

Here's an insight to the roles requirements:
  • Manage the QA Team and the clients Internal Audit Programme
  • Conducting internal audits and supporting activities to acceptable conclusion
  • Reporting to management on quality issues; and
  • Providing a QA service to the Business
  • Implement, promote, support and regularly review policies and procedures, ensuring consistency in the implementation of company practices.
  • Maintain formal quality certifications and champion additional standards


  • Our client is looking to get someone started over the next 1-3 months - ideally sooner rather than later. They're offering up to £50K for this role and they'd ideally like this person to be onsite 1-2 days a week in Nottingham (can be flexible for the right candidate).
