Days of work - Monday to Sunday
Hours – 12 hour double up shifts (days & nights, need to be flexible)

What we can offer you!
We have a robust and indepth onboarding process where as a new employee, you’ll first complete your training and paid induction. As part of your induction, you will shadow another member of your team. This helps you understand your new role and get to know people in your team.
Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have. You’ll start building your own support network from day one – this will include your management team, colleagues and departments at Group Support.
Your ongoing development, whether it be studying for an NVQ, refresher or specific clinic training is invested in too.
You will be spending your time with our client within their own home where you will be supporting with their daily routine.
A typical day with our client would include lots of simulative, outdoor activities and interactions. These activities would include music, yoga classes and attending church on a Sunday. Our client has no mobility, so will be reliant on their care team to support with these activities that are an essential component of their everyday care.
You will need to be a vibrant professional and an excellent team player to be able to deliver the highest quality of care.
Please note, there is a dog in the property with the client!
