Requirements:

- Previous experience in complex care or a similar role.
- Proven experience in pediatric care
- Expertise in managing spinal injuries
- Proficient in PEG feeding and catheter care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.
