Location:Sevenoaks, Kent
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm(37.5 hours per week)
Salary: 27,000 per annum +Competitive Benefits

Commutable from:Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Orpington, Swanley, Croydon,Dartford, Abbeywood, Maidstone, Gravesend and surrounding.

Are you an experienced customer service withexperience dealing with complex customer complaints? We arerecruiting for a Complaints Advisor for a fantastic financialservices organisation.

This is a growing anddeveloping role as the department is expanding rapidly. We arelooking for self-motivated, experienced complaint handlers who canwork autonomously to offer the best resolution to thecustomers.

As a Complaints Advisor, you willwork as part of a team to ensure the timely and accurateadministration of any complaints received by the company includingthe company's introducers and customers.

Duties:
- To work as part of amotivated team, sharing successes and key learnings to ensure thatall inbound complaints are thoroughly investigated withinregulatory time frames.
- To openly and fairly revieweach customer complaint without bias or personalopinion.
- To take ownership throughout thedecision-making process, communicating your reasoning, ensuring thebusiness meets its obligations with relevant legislation includingthe Consumer Credit Act, FCA, FOS and the FLA code of practice,whilst keeping the customer at the heart of what you deliver.
- Establish telephone contact with customers to gain afull understanding of their complaints to progress to a fairoutcome as quickly as possible.
- Ensure that allcomplaints are handled with the highest standard of customercare.
- Build excellent relationships with 3rd partyservice providers, dealer networks and the sales team to review andresolve any quality concerns.
- To maintain a complaintsdatabase with correct and relevant information at all times.

The Ideal Candidate:
- The idealcandidate will have experience working within a similar position,ideally within Financial Services or similar.
- Knowledgeof the FCA's Conduct Rules, particularly treating customers fairly(TCF) and the Consumer Duty would be beneficial but notessential.
- Knowledge of GDPR and DPA Act.
-Good educational background with proficiency demonstrable in Mathsand English.
- Computer Literate, including MS Officeproducts and Email.
