WEARE EXPANDING!! We are looking for Community CareProfessionals in Chesterfield to cover theS40 postcode and within a10 mileradius.


Pay11.70 12.05 per hour depending onexperience. 17.55 18.08 for BankHolidays.


Weare looking for kind caring professional and bubbly people to comeand join ourteam!

Forthis position youMUSThold aFull UK Driving License andhave access to avehicle.

Shiftsavailable 06.00 to 14.30 & 15.00 to 22.00 MondaySunday You will be required to work everyother weekend. FULL AND PART TIME HOURS AVAILABLE TO SUITYOU.



Requirements

TheRole:
Provide personalcare and support to individuals in their ownhomes
Assist with activitiesof daily living such as bathing dressing andgrooming
Administermedications as directed by healthcareprofessionals
Assist with mealplanning and preparation
Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry andcleaning
Accompany clients toappointments and outings
Monitor and report any changes in clients health orbehaviour
Maintain accurateand uptodate documentation of careprovided

The Role: - Support care assistants in the community & oninduction. - Be a role model for new and existing staff, supportingwith shadowing shifts. - Carry out risk assessments/ reviews inService users home. - Participate in on call duties. - Spot checks,informing office of any good/bad practices. - Medication trained. -Act and cope well under pressure and in emergency situations. -Good written and verbal communication is essential.
