VisionFR are delighted to be assisting a leading, award winning creative agency with their search for a Commercial WIP & Billings Manager – this is a new finance role and the position will bridge between Finance and Production team, working closely with the Content, AV and Design teams
Commercial WIP & Billings Manager Responsibilities Will Include:
Setting up Users on Paprika
Set up new Customers
Close working relationship with producers to maintain an overview of job status
Overseeing billings – creating and submitting invoices
Weekly checking of time sheet entries, ensuring all fields filled out accurately + chasing anyone with missing info
Keeping an overview of all live jobs + hours against them
Checking in on part billing jobs with significant hours entered against them
Working with producers on large multi-asset campaigns to calculate hours and overages and prepare cost summaries for clients
Tracking direct costs and ensuring we are billing clients in a timely manner
Chasing clients for payment
Set up new Supplier accounts
Raising Purchase Orders
Maintaining month end Purchase Order reports
Managing and tracking exchange rates across multiple currencies
Oversight of VAT rules across different countries
Run reports from software as requested.
Commercial WIP & Billings Manager Key Attributes Required:
Previous billing/ finance experience working within a Creative Agency, ideally in a similar role.
Confident liaising with stakeholders
Paprika software desirable not essential
Strong Excel skills
Detail oriented
Problem solving skills and initiative
Great organisational skills
Excellent time management
