Commercial / Residential Valuation Surveyor
An opportunity has arisen to join our Central London based firm of Chartered Surveyors, carrying out commercial and residential valuations throughout London and the surrounding areas.
About the company:
London's Surveyors and Valuers opened its doors in 2009 and comprises a professional team of Chartered Surveyors, all of whom are highly experienced RICS Registered Valuers.
The company delivers high quality bespoke valuation services to clients worldwide, including private banks, specialist lenders, building societies and hedge funds.
About the role:
The ideal candidate would be someone able to value commercial, mixed-use, HMOs and residential properties. We value industrial units, offices, high street shops, restaurants and semi commercial properties.
All our surveyors have geographical areas of expertise but depending on workloads, covering others' areas is occasionally expected.
We ask that all applicants have a minimum of 3 year's experience in valuing properties in London and the surrounding areas - MRICS qualification is a prerequisite.
