Commercial Property Solicitor, Belfast City Centre, 2-4 yrs + PQE .An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a Successful and Established Property Team within a top commercial law firm.

Your responsibilities will include:
Drafting leases.
Assisting in site development projects.
Providing expert advice on landlord and tenant issues.
Managing the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.
Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
Qualified Solicitor 2-4 years+ PQE.
Demonstrable experience in commercial property law.Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle a diverse workload.
