An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join one of the leading firms across East Anglia. This Commercial Litigation team and Dispute Resolution offering are looking to grow with the addition of a mid-level Associate into the commercial litigation team in Ipswich.

The commercial litigation team is one of the largest teams in East Anglia, with recognised individuals based across all its offices. They work with a plethora of clients including high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, SME's, listed companies and multi-nationals. The work will include a broad range of commercial business disputes, including litigation in the High Court and Court of Appeal, as well as some international arbitration.

The successful candidate will:

Be ideally between 2 and 6 years PQE

Have experience in dealing with commercial business disputes, ideally shareholders disputes as well as contract disputes

Motivated and inspired to conduct business development in the local and national market
