Your new role working as amercial Account Handler will be working within the UK’s number one businessparison and switching service. Theybine world-class service with smart technology and data. They are looking for an Account Handler/ Sales Insurance Broker to join their growing Insurance team
Your new role as amercial Insurance Sales Broker /Account Handler, you will sit within the fast-paced Insurance sales department and will focus on understanding customersmercial insurance needs alongside building and maintaining new and existing relationships. Responsibilities will include negotiating policy terms policy terms and premiums with insurers and MGA’s, converting renewals within retention metrics for existing customers andpleting mid term policy adjustments for customers and referring those outside of own. Other duties will include resolving and updating allocated queries andplaints, processing cancellations of policies and settling refunds of return premiums.
What you’ll need to succeed Your past experience within an Account Handler role will support your success in this role. You will have great sales experience and have been working in a sales enviroment. You will have knowledge of Lloyd’s, London andmercial markets as well. You will also have excellent verbal and writtenmunication and negotiation skills as well as experience within a customer/client facing role and the ability to build and maintain relationships. This is a new and exciting opportunity within an established Brokers and offers lots of scope and progression.
