An experienced interim consultant, a true people developer who focuses on sustainable solutions that benefit managers and subsequently, the students. Presently assisting with a merger project through Protocol to fantastic reviews. Prior, they supported a senior team, post-merger, to help implement change in structures, systems and culture. Able to support in coaching middle managers into senior management roles, data management reviews, MIS structure reviews, IT system appraisal, college operations reviews and new system implementation – including and focused around curriculum planning, apprenticeship funding, bursary management and data dashboards. A pragmatic, confident and friendly leader who will deliver results.
