**Clinical Pharmacist, Near Gravesend** I'm currently working with a well-known healthcare provider located near the Gravesend area that is searching for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist with primary care experience to work in a dynamic healthcare team. Ideally, the candidate would have experience working in a general practice, be a prescriber, and have completed their CPPE training. You will be required to work across three of their sites, which are about 10 minutes from each other. The practices have a small patient list size of about 6000 patients with a list of GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses, HCA, and a wider non-clinical team to help you get up to speed with the processes. The practices have onsite parking and use EMIS web. The role offers a competitive Band 8 salary, five weeks of annual leave, bank holidays off, NHS Indemnity, and parking on site. They are looking for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist who is a Prescriber (ideally) and able to see patients with a range of minor illnesses, Medicine Management and Optimisation, and complete Medication Reviews.
