RoleOverview:

Weare seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer to contribute to the successof our clients expanding clinical negligence department. Thesuccessful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongsideexperienced professionals handling a variety of clinical negligencecases and contributing to the firms ambitious growthplans.


Requirements

  • CaseManagement: Handle a caseload of clinical negligencematters from inception to resolution ensuring highquality servicetoclients.
  • LegalResearch: Conduct legal research and stay abreast ofdevelopments in clinical negligence law to provide informed anduptodateadvice.
  • ClientInteraction: Build and maintain strong relationships withclients keeping them informed about the progress of their cases andaddressing anyconcerns.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with senior lawyers and partners within the clinicalnegligence department fostering a collaborative and supportive teamenvironment.
  • LegalDocumentation: Draft review and prepare legal documentsincluding pleadings motions and settlementagreements.
  • CourtRepresentation: Represent clients in court proceedingsmediations and settlement negotiations asrequired.

QualificationsandRequirements:

  • LegalQualification: Qualified solicitor with experience inclinical negligencelaw.
  • AmbitiousMindset: A strong desire to contribute to the growth andsuccess of the clinical negligence department and the firm as awhole.
  • ExcellentCommunication: Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex legalconcepts to clients andcolleagues.
