Hallhouse Care Home is looking to appoint a clinically-lead' Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN) on a permanent basis.

As Deputy Manager, you will work closely alongside the Home Manager to make sure our care home is maintained to an exemplary standard and our residents receive a high quality of care.

Our care home is Situated in the quiet village of Fenwick, which is set across two buildings. We specialise in Residential, Nursing, Respite and Dementia care for up to 42-residents.

When it comes to our staff, we believe in the importance of choosing the best candidates, who will provide the highest level of care available for each of our residents, always. 

Before moving on to the key qualifications and experience we are looking for, we must highlight that the right personality is pivotal too. A genuine, pleasant, and friendly character is essential to making this role a success.

Deputy Manager Contract

       £23 per hour

       37.5 hours per week - 2 days supernumerary & 2 days working on the floor per week

       Company pension

       Uniform provided

      PVG paid

       Onsite parking

Key Criteria

       RGN / RMN qualified Nurse

       Excellent clinical skills

       Previously worked in a care home environment

       Deputy experience would be advantageous, but we would consider an aspiring, experienced Nurse looking to progress.

We truly believe this role could assist your development furthermore to progressing up the ladder to Home Manager eventually, should you wish to do so.
