As a Client Success Executive - Renewals, will provide a professional and effective service, supporting business clients throughout the contract renewal stage. You will gather information, ensuring that we have a full knowledge of the client and their property, allowing Altus to deliver great outcomes and maximise client savings and revenue earned during the lifetime of their contract. As a Client Success Executive - Renewals you will build and maintain trusted relationships and manage client expectations.
