Adistinguished Legal 500 firm are on the lookout for a ClientServices professional to join their ambitious and fastevolvingteam!

Theirfinancial litigation department is currently running a range ofclaims for Business Energy Motor Finance Missold Pensions andHousing Disrepair with further plans of significantexpansion.

TheRole
  • Todeliver excellence working collaboratively with the rest of theFinancial Litigation team to ensure the smooth and timelyassessment and progression of incoming packaged cases from theirreferrers.
  • Tocomplete all administrative tasks from the receipt of the case tothe completion of the litigation funding application
  • Providethe case to the Paralegal Teams so they can commence the nextstages of theclaim.
  • Todevelop a clear understanding of the case types criteria andprocess to produce the best quality output. Training will beprovided

Responsibilities
  • Overseeingyour team in the management of their third party packaged caseReferrers: onboarding training developing and maintaining strongrelationships collaborating reporting and providing feedback on theservices they areproviding.
  • Exceptionalcustomer service during the signup & onboarding of newclients (claimants) to the lawfirm
  • Smoothcommunication and management of relationship for 3rd partyproviders involved in early stages of the claims including ExpertReport Writers Counsel Insurance providers and LitigationFunders.
  • Maintainingthe CRM system for all the prefunding cases – ensuringprocesses are followed and information is accuratelyrecorded.
  • Drivingyour team to meet billing targets and signup targets amongst otherKPIs as defined by your LineManager.
  • Suggestingnew strategies and ideas to boost the departmentsgrowth.
  • Managementof your team: onboarding providing training setting targetsdeadlines and conducting regular 11s to ensure their individualwellbeing progress and work ethic ismonitored.
  • Beingavailable at any stage to support the Practice Manager and Lawyersto deliver any other tasks required and reporting upwards toManagement in Their centraloffice
  • Diligentlymaintain fair and accurate records of the work which you haveundertaken under supervision in respect of all matters under yourcare and conduct on theCMS;
  • Regularmaintenance of time recordingrecords.
  • Generaladministrative duties such as handling potential client queriesfrom walk ins or calls correspondence andfiling.


Requirements
  • Musthave excellent attention to detail communication leadership andtraining skills
  • Ensurethat your team members have a clear understanding of the cultureand expectations of individuals within theirworkplace.
  • Beable to deliver all other tasks set by management such as carryingout various research assisting with projects and cases andreporting in a timely fashion to meet strict deadlines
  • Mustbe proficient at case management from an administrativeperspective
  • Minimum3 years’ experience working in a similar legalenvironment and have had exposure/training in managingteams
  • Excellentcustomer service skills alongside sales and onboarding in a similarenvironment.
