Job Description
*Working closely with the Head of Client Services in a new and exciting function to the business.*Provide excellent and professional client service and support.*Manage large volumes of queries covering payments, FX and on-boarding.*Drive and develop processes and procedures to limit risk and drive client efficiency.*Lead the on-boarding of clients ensuring the end-to-end set-up is completed.*Perform in depth root cause analysis of queries and generate plans to prevent future reoccurrence.*Manage and drive internal and external facing projects to key deadlines.*Support the roll out and management of a Query Management System business wide; building and incorporating workflows and SLAs.
