Your newpany has 100+ years of history, 12 offices worldwide, 24 specialisms and 1,400 colleagues, and we are looking for a permanent broker support technician to join the Property, Power & Energy team.
Your new job
In your new job as a client executive, you will be responsible for producing MRC slips and endorsements, liaising with markets and clients as you will be a key member of the team. Other responsibilities will include the c reation of placement schematics, premium calculations. Use PPL or White space to help with market agreement of slips and endorsements. Other duties in your role will be to ensure all placing, contract and closing documentation satisfies the client requirements andplies with internal procedures. If appropriate, escalate any potential E&Os to Divisional Directors and the Legal &pliance team. You will contribute to retention of clients through planned and coordinated account renewal and identify and develop opportunities for account development to meet client requirements.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have excellent Excel skills. You will have experience of handling property and or energy experience in a broker support technician role, and you must have experience of MRC Slip Production. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. You will be organised and reliable. You will have a collaborative teamwork approach. Can work with a range of employees at different organisational levels. You will help to train and educate more junior team members. Have accurate and attentive skills for detail. Good written and verbalmunication skills. You can work towards and meet deadlines. Have the skills to multitask and prioritise your own workload.
