About theRole
Ouraward-winning culinary team, led by our Executive Chef, are the hub of ourbusiness and have a new opportunity for Back of House Supervisor to join them. Thesuccessful applicant will be responsible for supervising kitchen porters toensure all back of house areas are kept clean and tidy and maintain kitchenhygiene standards.
Salary
This is apermanent role with a salary of £25,
Skills/Requirements
· ExcellentCommunication skills
· Tosupervise kitchen porters to ensure all back of house areas are kept clean andtidy and maintain kitchen hygiene standards.
· Abilityto complete and archive necessary kitchen paperwork with regards to theirduties.
· Bepassionate about providing the highest levels of service to both the customersand the team
· Basicunderstanding of food hygiene
· Abilityto work as part of a team to ensure kitchen, equipment and plate’s hygienestandards are maintained

Job Types:Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £25, per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday – day shift with the possibility of night shift when required.
