RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER
NORTHAMPTON
£21,600 - £25,562 + £45 per sleep-in allowance
Duties will include:
Caring for and supporting children and young people in a residential environment
Assisting with the setting up, and maintenance of, individual care plans
Promoting participation in a wide range of activities
You must have:
Experience of working with children or qualifications in appropriate disciplines
An understanding of the developmental needs of children and young people
Experience and/or desire to work using a range of social work models
The ability to work on a rota basis, including sleep-ins (up to 2 per week)
A full driving licence
