Job Description:

Are you an experienced social worker with a passion for advocating for children's rights and ensuring their well-being?
In this role, you will be responsible for chairing reviews, monitoring care plans, and ensuring that the voices of children and young people are heard and acted upon.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and reviewing the progress of care plans, making sure they comply with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

Advocating for the rights and best interests of children and young people, ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes.

Collaborating with social workers, carers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of reviews, interventions, and outcomes in line with legal and professional standards.

Qualifications:

Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.

Proven experience in a social work role, with significant experience in working with children in care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
