Job Duties:

Plan and deliver engaging and effective Chemistry lessons to students

Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the educational needs of students

Assess and evaluate students' progress to provide constructive feedback

Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Proven experience in teaching Chemistry at the secondary level

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong knowledge of the Chemistry curriculum

Ability to engage and inspire students

Effective classroom management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Education

Experience in teaching A-Level Chemistry

Experience in using innovative teaching methods

Working Conditions:

The role involves working full-time hours in a school setting in Cambridge, East of England. The teacher will be required to plan, deliver, and assess Chemistry lessons, participate in meetings and professional development activities, and maintain a positive learning environment for students.
