Key Responsibilities:
Open your section and ensure you are ready for service
Prepare dishes in line with company specs at all times
Strive to meet ticket times and communicate effectively where you are unable to.
Support the Senior Chef on duty to ensure a smooth service
Prep food in line with prep lists
Close down / hand over section clean and tidy with full prep list written
Always be health and safety, and food safety Compliant, following all procedures and policies in every aspect
Undertaking any reasonable management requests
Treat everyone with respect and remain calm at all times
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
