You will be working for a large scale, reputable organisation based in the North West. This is a public sector organisation which is one of the most popular of it's kind.They have a contract on offer for 3 months (with potential extensions) on a 3-4 day day per week contract.
This role will be hybrid with a requirement to go on site 2 days per week in Manchester.
Your new role
Preferable experience of working on HR / P&OD projects / HR transformation projects
Cultural change and continuous improvement experience across HR / P&OD ideally within the Education sector
HR operating model design experience
Process improvement / process mapping across HR / P&OD
Able to work as a consultant rather than just a contractor – meaning that they need to bring ideas, rmendations, suggestions for continuous improvement to the table
Able to identify quick wins and implement continuous improvement/ process improvement plans
Lean Six Sigma
