Role summary

We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, and a reliable individual to join our Ticket office and support sale of both match day tickets and season tickets for Portsmouth Football Club and Pompey Women’s Community football club. The role will require you to complete general admin duties relating to the sale and maintenance of tickets whilst always delivering the most premium customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Process ticket request face to face or over the phone.
- Reporting to the Supervisor, you will be the face of the ticket office, deal with queries for fans booking online.
- Act as a custodial of the data collected during the ticketing process.
- Deliver the highest standard of service for our fans by ensuring their needs and queries are met professionally whilst attempting to always exceed their expectations.
- Resolve queries via email, telephone, face to face
- Ensure all transactions are balanced up at the end of each working day
- Work alongside other departments to ensure smooth operational activities.
- To work flexibly as required around match days, including evenings and weekends.
- Support Supervisor with ticketing admin work when required.

Your Skills and Experience

- Customer service experience preferred
- Previous ticketing experience desirable, but not essential
- Friendly, with a can-do attitude with flexible approach to work
- Able to work in pressurised environment
- Excellent communication skills
