The role
We are currently recruiting for a Day Care Team Leader to join our team – working at 37.5 hours per week at the rate of £13.96 per hour / £27,298.95 per annum.

Primrose Court in Guiseley is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 33 residents. At Anchor, we pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for elderly people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.
What does it mean to be a Care Team Leader?
Managing / Supporting your Care team – through rotas, compliance, and performance reviews.
Ensuring resident safety through medication, incident reports / escalations, Anchor compliance and CQC fundamental standards.
Working closely with the Management Team to ensure a smooth running of the home.

Commitment to ensuring a high quality of care.
Level 3 in Health & Social Care or working towards.
