Care Professional Benefits:

  • Excellent pay rates -  from £13.00 per hour, plus enhanced bank holiday rates
  • Full time and part time hours available  - Whether you prefer a couple of hours per week in the evening, weekend or if you are looking for full time, we can accommodate your availability.
  • Minimum 1 hour calls  – We are different from other care companies and organisations by spending a minimum of 1 hour per client visits to ensure they receive the best possible care.
  • Refer a friend scheme : If you refer a friend to work with us, you'll receive a bonus if they stay within the role for 3months +
  • Mileage and travel time  -Up to 45p per mile

  • Care Professional duties and responsibilities:

    Being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.

  • Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
  • Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying to appointments or shopping.
  • Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
  • Prompting medication. 
  • Fostering a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Building meaningful relationships and engage in social activities with clients.
  • Qualifications

    As we recruit on values and nature, we do not require any specific qualifications, however if you have any relevant experience whether this be personal or professional, we would love to hear about it!
