Job Title: Care Manager (Maple Lodge)
Location: West Hall, West Byfleet, Surrey
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £38,948.00 per annum

The Role:

We are recruiting for a Lodge Manager to join the talented team at West Hall – home for up to 117 residents between 3 luxury lodges. We pride ourselves on the care we provide – receiving Outstanding on every CQC inspection since 2016. Working 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £38,948.00 per annum.

What does it mean to be a Lodge Manager?

  • Delivery of a service which is economically viable, managers resources effectively to meet customer expectations.
  • You’ll be responsible for the quality of care provided – promoting individualized person-centered care, identify and report any risks or poor practice in line with Anchors safeguarding policy.
  • Lead audits and inspections, conducted by CQC / Local Authorities to ensure excellent outcomes
  • Accountable for the success of the lodge - through effective marketing, financial management, community engagement, managing occupancy / recruitment levels and overall customer experience.
  • Who are we looking for?

  • A passionate experienced manager from a small – medium care home.
  • A strong understanding of CQC standards and their impact in care management and practice.
  • Outstanding leadership and people management skills – promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • A complete understanding of the needs of older people and dementia care
