Care Assistant Benefits:
Excellent pay rates - from £12.00 - £13.50 per hour, plus double bank holiday rates
Types of hours available - From 10 hours part time to 37.5 hours full time] or Full-time/Guaranteed contract
Minimum 1 hour calls – so you have the time needed with client
Retention bonus - Increased hourly rate £13/£13.25 after 6 months
Employee referral bonus programme - £50 for a referral that starts with us, and a further £50 after 6 months of their service.
Mileage 30p per mile and travel time £10.50 per hour -paid separately

Care Assistant responsibilities:
Being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.
Duties can include:
Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
Accompanying to appointments or shopping
Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
