Job Description
As a Home Instead Care Professional your client visits may consist of:
Companionship, making a cup of tea and offering conversation or supporting with hobbies/interests.
Meal preparation (Breakfast, Lunch, and/or Tea)
Medication reminders and self-care
Accompanying your client to their appointments, or a visit to the shops
Helping your client get ready in the morning or being a support to their night-time routine.
Qualifications
You do not need any experience or qualifications to become a Care Professional. However, experience in supporting an older person in a professional or personal capacity is ideal.
You will need to be reliable, trustworthy, compassionate and have a passion for supporting others.
Available to work weekends to provide continuity of care. (We have three work patterns available to ensure you have the best work and home life balance)
Additional Information
Excellent rates of Pay | £11.75 -£13.25
Double Pay on Bank Holidays
Paid Mileage | 45p Per Mile
Paid Travel Time - On top of your paid Mileage !
DBS Reimbursement – Once you have worked 25 hours with us.
Paid Induction Training
Minimum 1-hour Visits – so you have the time needed with the small group of clients we will be introducing you too.
