Care Assistant Benefits:
Excellent rate of pay - from £11.50 per hour Monday to Friday increasing to £12.50 per hour Saturday & Sunday. Double pay on bank holidays.
Flexible hours we work with you to build a schedule that suits your needs – we only ask you make yourself available for an hour or so alternate weekends as well as the regular weekday visits works perfectly for our client schedules
Minimum 1-hour calls with your own regular matched clients
Properly introduced and time to spend getting to know your clients with realistic and timely care plans for each visit

Qualifications

Don't worry if you've never done this before—we'll support you with full paid training to give you confidence. Plus, with a variety of hours available covering weekdays, evenings, and weekends, we'll work with you to find a schedule that suits both you and our clients.
You must be over 18 and have a valid UK driving licence with access to transport, it is essential as many of our clients live in rural areas.
