All our Schemes have been awarded Good CQC ratings, two have been given outstanding in Responsiveness. What's on offer

Salary: Days - £11.95 per hour or £21,749 based on a 35 hour week / Nights - £12.05 per hour or £21,931 based on a 35 hour week

Full time (35 hours per week) and Part time contracts are available as well as the option of Bank

The option for overtime in addition to contracted hours

Locations: Hounslow and West London (Westbourne Park, Maida Vale, Kensal Rise, Latimer Road and Richmond)

Shift patterns: Earlies, 7:45am till 3:00pm, Lates, 2:00pm till 9:15pm, Nights 9:00pm till 8:00am

The role

As a Care Assistant, you will be based in one of our Extra Care Schemes, responsible for assisting our residents with personal and practical care. In a typical shift, you'll be washing and dressing residents, assisting with meal preparation and medication as well as providing general companionship. You can also support our Activity Co-ordinators who organise a range of activities.

Requirements

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants or Care Workers who have experience caring for vulnerable / older people with personal and practical care. All our Care Assistants are expected to follow our 4 core values which shape our culture.
