Coulter Elite Resourcing are now recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive for a main dealership based in Lincoln.
Principle Responsibilities for the Car Sales Executive:
Work for a premium approved franchised dealer.
Sell cars within a main dealership setting, or transition from a target-driven professional sales role into the premium market.
Operate confidently in a target-driven sales environment.
Display hunger to succeed, tenacity, and motivation to meet personal and team targets.
Person Specification:
Experience working in car sales, preferably within a main dealership.
Alternatively, experience in a target-driven professional sales role with a desire to enter the premium car market.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
Full UK driving licence.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
One day off during the week
Saturday: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Never work on Sunday
Additional Information:
This is a full-time permanent position.
Basic salary of £20,500 with on-target earnings (OTE) of £45,000.
Benefits include a company car, fuel allowance, and fuel card.
