Location: Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24 3FA - office based
Salary: Circa £23,000 per annum, pro rata, dependent on experience, plus Company benefits
Hours: Variety of hours, full-time or part-time
Shifts: Preference for 4 on / 4 off, we would be delighted to explore options at interview

About the role
You’ll be taking incoming calls from retired Homeowners right across the UK, responding to a variety of situations including emergencies (eg, accidents, fires, floods), fire panel alarms, security entry calls or speaking to people keen to hear a friendly voice
Logging each call into our CRM system and ensuring information is accurately recorded
Remaining alert to ensure you are ready and available for your next customer
Liaising with Lodge Managers, based within our retirement developments
A flexible, friendly and responsive approach is essential.

About you
We are looking for people with excellent customer service skills, especially those with telephone based experience, such as emergency control room, contact / call centres, telephone marketing, hospitality or similar
You will be a great listener and communicator, motivated, reliable, resilient, empathetic, calm in a crisis and with good common sense!
You'll be flexible to work on a roster basis inclusive of some weekends and Bank Holidays
A good standard of written and spoken English and IT skills is essential
