Location: Worcester
Working hours: 08:30 – 16:30, Monday – Friday
Salary of £35,000 - £37,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality instruction in CAD, CNC, Turning, and Milling to Level 2 learners.

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and learning materials.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to keep the curriculum relevant.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proficient in CAD software and CNC programming.

Extensive experience with Turning and Milling machinery.

Teaching or training experience, preferably with Level 2 learners.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant industry qualifications and certifications.
