Salary – Paying up to £32,000 – bonus + life insurance + other benefits
I am delighted to be working with a leading manufacturer who are seeking for a Buyer to join their successful team on a permanent full time basis.
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager you will:
- Support the Purchasing Manager with procurement of all stock materials and services.
- Maintain product availability.
- Liaise with suppliers.
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels of required items.
- Maintain supplier database.
- Work with the Purchasing Manager and Scheduler to ensure timely placement of POs.
- Communicate any supply issues.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers as required.
- Other adhoc duties.
About you:
- Experience of working within a similar role.
- Previous experience of using an ERP system.
