You will be working for a fast-growing teacher training provider in partnership with multi-academy trusts to ensure the perfect delivery of all projects and programmes from an administrative business management perspective. You will be based in South Birmingham a minimum of once a week to help shape and grow the future of the Birmingham business.
Your new role
As Business Manager, you will manage programmes and partnerships within this educational delivery provider. This role would perfectly suit an Executive Assistant with project experience due to the Administrative and project delivery requirements of this role. As Business Manager, you will be responsible for several tasks including the delivery of high-quality execution of programmes whilst monitoring feedback, ensuring full engagement and providing full support to programme delivery. You will build relationships with partners and ensure full success of the programme.What you'll need to succeed
This is an all-rounded,plex role. However, to be successful, you must have excellent project management experience, ideally from your time as Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to Senior Directors. You will manageplex projects, provide exceptional stakeholder management, have excellentmunication skills and develop systems and procedures. Within this role you will also have responsibility of building partnerships, budget management, awareness of health and safety, promoting the organisation's core values and record management. To be successful, exposure to any of the above-mentioned things would be ideal.What you'll get in return
