About the Role: As the Business Development Manager, you will be the key business and technical interface for customers, partners, and distributors across several countries in the EMEA region. You'll work closely with our sales partners to craft and implement strategic sales plans, manage an opportunity pipeline, and lead customer trials that result in successful sales.

This role requires a strong background in Network Timing and Synchronization, Ethernet/IP Networking, and Cloud/Datacenter Applications. With over 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, particularly within the Telecom or Enterprise Test and Measurement sectors, you'll bring both the expertise and the drive needed to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales plans with partners to maximize business in the EMEA region.

Foster strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to promote and sell our solutions.

Organize and conduct successful customer trials, leading to increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Provide first-line technical and application support, responding to queries promptly.

Represent the company at industry events, including trade shows, conferences, and seminars.

What We're Looking For:

Expertise in Network Timing and Synchronization, Ethernet/IP Networking, and Cloud/Datacenter Applications.

5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within Telecom or Enterprise Test and Measurement companies.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

Willingness to travel internationally at least 50% of the time.

Fluency in written and spoken English.
