Business Development Manager

£45, - £55, per annum dependent on experience.
Manorcourt provides care to people in their own homes throughout East Anglia and London Boroughs from our 9 homecare branches.
Due to continued growth we have a new opportunity to join our team at Manorcourt as a Business Development Manager. This role will coordinate and lead on tender submissions for new contracts. Being responsible for reviewing opportunities; creating the tender submissions, proposals and documentations and managing deadlines. You will work alongside the Operations Director to grow and develop Manorcourts private pay offering. The role will also work with our managers to support them in developing relationships with their local commissioners and councils.
This is a new role, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to shape and influence our approach through your expertise and experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of managing bids, growing private pay offering, the ability to work to tight deadlines and ideally experience of the healthcare sector. You will have experience working with local authorities, commissioners and providers.
