The organisation is currently going through a veryhigh-profile acquisition and have ambitions to be the biggest Wealth Manager inthe UK.
Your new role
You will join the Front-office business change teamspecifically focussing on data initiatives. As a Business Data Analyst, youwill be required to work with business stakeholders to gather the requirementsof the business and understand the problems they are facing, you will use yourstrong Data Analysis skills to derive insights from large data-sets usingExcel. The Business Data Analyst will be required to present this informationback to senior level stakeholders in order to provide reporting and insights tothe business in order for them to understand how to make improvements to thespecific issues identified.
TheBusiness Data Analyst will also be required to document specific requirementsrelating to any changes identified and work with key stakeholders across thebusiness to deliver specific initiatives and improvements. The projects youwill be working on will be Front-office focussed and likely to includeinitiatives around Pricing analysis, performance data, client data analysis andany other front-office focussed issues raised.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong background of working in aBusiness Analyst capacity experience of documenting business requirements forspecific data-focussed initiatives. You will have strong experience ofanalysing large datasets using Excel and will have strong senior levelstakeholder engagement skills. Ideally, you will have worked with front-officeusers previously and knowledge of Wealth management is highly desirable.
