About the Role

:

We are looking for an Administrator to support our Site Services team, based at our Headquarters at Heage. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Duties of the Role:

  • Processing material orders as required for the department and ordering of hired plant and transport
  • Reporting, responding, and actioning breakdowns and faults of hired plant
  • Processing Invoices and Sub-contract invoices
  • Ensure all hire and sale are inputted correcting onto the hire system Insphire
  • Action / allocate incoming electronic mail and correspondence to the correct members of staff and issuing post externally and internally
  • Meet and greet visitors to the office and taking incoming calls
  • Support other members of the team to achieve successful project delivery
  • Provide admin support to line managers
  • Aspire to the very highest standards of quality, service, and business performance in the preparation of paperwork within the office environment.
  • Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • NVQ 3 Business & Administration or equivalent
  • GCSE English & Maths Grade C/4 or above
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
  • Good organisational and timekeeping skills
  • Accuracy of administration and compliance with company standards
  • Pro-active with the ability to work under pressure
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of administration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Accuracy of administration and compliance with company standards
  • An understand of portal systems an advantage.
