Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Building Surveyor - Ballymena Are you looking to gain a role within the Public Sector?  Do have experience in building surveys and inspections, preparing drawings and using IT systems? 
  • 37 hours per week, temporary ongoing
  • Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
  • £11.39 per hour
  • 34 days annual leave pro rata
    • Criteria:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional/technical qualification in a relevant Building/Construction discipline, plus 2 years post qualification relevant experience.
    • OR
  • A relevant BTEC Higher Certificate/Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant Building/Construction discipline, plus 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience.
    • OR
  • Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
    • AND
  • Must have vehicle and business use insurance. Vacancy is for North Antrim.
  •  As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
