I am currently looking for a Building Surveyor to join a local authority on a initial 3 month contract, north of Liverpool. The Building Surveyor will mostly be responsible for carrying out repair surveyors of reactive maintenance or on void properties. This role offers hybrid working and business mileage.
Main duties for the Building Surveyor:
Be responsible for carrying out pre and post repairs surveys
Ensure contractors and suppliers are performing to specification and contractual terms
Specify, authorise, own and manage works to completion.
Carry out pre inspections of building repairs
Investigate and resolve construction/building related defects to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction is maintained
