ABOUT THE ROLE

Complete comprehensive property surveys, defect identification, and detailed reports to a RICS Red Book standard, assessing the quality of the property for mainly residential but also commercial purposes. Experience in completing Home Buyer Reports would also be helpful but not essential. Based in Central London you will be working with a portfolio of exciting and reputable clients and have access to highly attractive projects.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements of the Building Surveyor

  • MRICS – Minimum 2 years PQE
  • Ability to work as part of a team, building relationships with clients and internal team members.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of Home Buyer Reports preferred but not essential
